In recent years,with the rapid and stable development of China's economy,the continuous improvement of people's disposable income level and the change of the power consumption concept and value concept of the new generation in China,especially the change of the concept in the field of beauty and skin care,China's beauty and skin care industry has entered the era of rapid development.Especially in the last five years,China's cosmetology and skin care industry has developed rapidly,providing a good opportunity for the production and sales of cosmetology and skin care products.As the scale of the beauty and skin care market continues to expand,YR group's Nano beauty instrument rapidly enters the market by virtue of its own product advantages,providing consumers with a high-quality,efficient and safe beauty and skin care products.However,due to the influence of many factors,the sales situation of YR group's Nano beauty instrument is not optimistic,which seriously affects the further development of YR group.Based on this,this paper puts forward the research on the marketing strategy of YR group's Nano beauty instrument.In order to further explore the introduction of Nano beauty instrument problems existing in the marketing strategy,the optimization of the marketing strategy,restructuring,in this paper,literature analysis,questionnaire survey,induction and other research methods will be used to carry out a research on the marketing strategy of YR group's Nano beauty instrument,hope that through this study can build accords with the practice of YR group marketing strategy.in the specific research of this paper,the macro environment and market competition environment of the marketing of YR group's Nano beauty instrument were analyzed,and the market demand was investigated and analyzed at the same time.This paper analyzes and summarizes the existing problems and reasons in the marketing of YR group's Nano beauty instrument from the aspects of product,price,channel and promotion,and puts forward specific reorganizing countermeasures of marketing strategies according to the existing problems,and puts forward Suggestions on guaranteeing the implementation of marketing strategies.Through the research of this paper,it is concluded that from the perspective of the macro environment of politics,economy,social culture and technology,it is very favorable for YR group to put the Nano beauty instrument into the market,and can be recognized by the majority of consumers.However,facing the market competition is more intense,A lot of data show that consumers have relatively recognized the operation,performance and quality of the Nano beauty instrument,but the recognition of its cost performance is not high,making its competitiveness affected to some extent,and in the marketing of YR group's Nano beauty instrument,there are also problems such as single product structure,low brand influence,insufficient after-sales service,product packaging,no unique advantages in appearance,cost disadvantages,out-of-control price,facing vicious competition,single promotion means,lack of marketing promotion strategies,and single network marketing.The target customers of YR group's Nano beauty instrument should choose female consumers aged 20-50 years old and at the middle and above income level as the target customer group.At the same time,in the process of the implementation of marketing strategy combination should constantly improve the product structure,to promote the brand influence,attaches great importance to the product design and packaging,reduce cost,a competitive pricing,actively developing advertising media strategy,developing new marketing strategy,developing new media promotion strategy,combined with the group to carry out the "Thousand city and ten thousand stores" experience shop marketing model,to carry out the "Different industry alliance" joint sales and beauty salon of the exclusive sales,network marketing channels.At the same time,the implementation of marketing strategy in order to ensure product specific YR group also need to match the strategy of organization structure,establish a high-quality marketing team,to provide professional and efficient training,implementation of marketing strategy standardization,implement after-sales service,to the marketing strategy implementation and supervision risk analysis,developing marketing risk response.
