Telecommunication Company is responsible to provide a high quality and unbeatable service to customers.Telecommunications integrate technology and service to provide customer with perfect communication solutions,so as to realize their own value.ST Telecommunications Company is a leading telecommunication and a professional service provider in both Hong Kong and Macao.The traditional way of communication which based on telephone is not able to achieve the expectation of customer,thus,ST Telecommunications Company required to implement industrial transformation.In order to explore the competitive strategy of telecommunication industries in operational service,this paper takes the competitive strategy of ST Telecommunications Company as the research subject,by using the method of literature research,investigation and case analysis,in combine with relevant theoretical and practical investigations,to research and provide reference on the development status and strategic management problems of ST Telecommunications Company for its sustainable development.Firstly,this paper discusses the related issues of strategic management in theory,on this basis,the development status and internal problems on operating service of ST Telecommunications Company are analyzed.Through investigate the basic information and development track of Telecommunications Company;it summarizes its development from the aspects of its system construction,corporate culture,market performance and talents;According to the analysis and understanding of its development status,it summarize the problems existing in the development of operating service strategy of the company.Finally,this paper improves and optimizes the competitive strategy management of ST Telecommunications operating services.Combined with strategic analysis,the company comprehensively evaluates its competitive environment and strategic development environment,on the basis of fully combing the advantages and disadvantages of its strategic development environment.This paper optimizes the strategic management of ST Telecommunications operating service from two aspects: the overall planning and specific measures.Through the research,this paper comes to the conclusion.For ST Telecommunications Company,the most important thing is to make up for and build its weak links,highlight its local advantages,and strive to maintain friendly relations with customers.In the context of new technologies and times,the digitization of information is an important way to realize transformation and development.Only through efficient information exchange can all market resources be truly unified.The development of communication enterprises is not isolated,It is closely related to the external political,economic and social environment,as well as the competitive and technological environment.To implement the resource integration and development strategy in the complex interactive relationship,it requires enterprises to put their own strategic positioning in the context of the rise and fall of the whole industry,and consider their own particularity and universality as a whole.
