Research On Risk Of IT Services Industry OFDI Under The "Belt And Road

The “Belt and road” was proposed by China's President Xi Jinping in 2013,after years of development,The “Belt and road” has become the most popular international cooperation platform in the world,more and more enterprises choose to invest in countries along the “Belt and road”.Nowadays,IT service industry,as a strategic leading industry in the world,has expanded rapidly in recent years,and also the scale of Outward Foreign Direct Investment(OFDI)of IT service industry.With differences between the world's political cultural and economy,in the process IT service industry OFDI will face various risks,the main purpose of this paper is to analyse all kind of risks under the OFDI of IT service industry,and summarize the corresponding countermeasures,to reduce the economic loss incurred during the process of OFDI.This paper consists of six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,which describes the background and significance of the research on risk analysis and prevention of IT Services Industry OFDI under the "Belt and road",the definition of related concepts and theoretical basis,and summarizes the research status in domestic and abroad.The second chapter describes the development of IT service industry in China,and summarizes current problems of OFDI.The third chapter,divides risk as political risk,economic risk,social cultural risk and IT resourse risk,and analyzes the above risks.The fourth chapter,establishes the risk assessment model,and carries out the factor analysis of the political risk,economic risk,social cultural risk and IT resourse risk by SPSS.Then,based on the calculation results of four kinds of risks,calculates the comprehensive risk level of the sample countries,and makes risk warning.The fifth part,according to the risk assessment results of the fourth part,expounds the causes of the risk and puts forward the risk prevention and control measures and suggestions.Finally,the research results are summarized,and the shortcomings and future research are prospected.Based on the above research,it is found that China's IT service industry has a wide range of investment space in the countries beside The “Belt and road”,but also facing many risks,like political risk,economic risk,social and cultural risk as well as IT resourse risk.Only through effective assessment and prevention of those risks,can be ensure the safety of IT service industry OFDI.This paper makes quantitative and qualitative analysis on the risk factors of IT service industry OFDI in countries along the "Belt and road",obtains the comprehensive risk of the invested country and gives an early warning based on various risk indicators,and puts forward corresponding prevention and control measures and suggestions for the risk,so as to provide a guidance to IT service industry OFDI.
