With the vigorous development of China's economy,China's construction,decoration and decoration industry is also growing and expanding.The market demand has maintained sustained growth,and has made important contributions to the national economy.At present,the number of decoration enterprises in our country is large and the supply exceeds demand,and the market competition is fierce.On the other hand,the scale of decoration enterprises in our country is relatively small,and there is a great shortage of funds,manpower,technical level and so on.With the development of the industry,the characteristics of human resource decoration industry from the traditional labor-intensive gradually transformed into knowledge intensive,the transformation of the human resources,improve the level of human resources management,related to the sustained and stable development of enterprises.Salary management is a core component of human resources management,the use of modern salary management and assessment system,the salary system and enterprise operation strategy combination,improve employee satisfaction and enhance the competitive strength of salary system,salary incentive effect,will be conducive to the implementation of corporate strategic objectives,so as to continuously enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.The optimization problem of the salary management system this article explores the decoration industry,was studied by using case study method,selected decoration company HL as the research object,using literature research,data analysis,questionnaire survey,interviews and other methods to analyze the HL company existing salary management and salary management system,and analyze reasons combined with the actual reference at home and abroad about compensation management research,combined with the actual situation of HL,aiming at the shortcomings of the compensation system of HL company put forward a design scheme of salary system optimization is reasonable and feasible,and the optimization scheme of the implementation of the security measures to help HL company to solve the bottlenecks encountered in the process of rapid development of salary management the attract and retain talents,for the company's long-term healthy development.At the same time,I hope to provide a reference for the same period of the rise of the development of the same industry decoration enterprises to optimize the theory and practice of compensation system,improve the decoration enterprise salary management level,enhance enterprise competitive strength.
