| For design companies,the optimization of compensation management is one of the most fundamental core contents affecting the reform of the whole enterprise and its development.It involves various interests of the whole company,employees and society,and is particularly important for the development of the company.Therefore,it must be fully paid attention to and carefully studied how to treat it.By means of literature review,interview,questionnaire survey and other methods,taking H Design Company as the research object,this paper analyzes the current technical staff turnover of H Design Company.The main reasons are divided into internal reasons and external reasons.The performance appraisal system of the enterprise is not standard;The lack of relevant training has seriously affected the particularity of the occupation itself.The existence of external reasons has laid a foundation for the implementation and implementation of the new policy,affected the salary and welfare system of the same industry staff,and reduced their work enthusiasm.Through an in-depth study of the development status and actual investigation results of the salary management of H Design Company,the defects of the salary management of H Design Company,the weak flexibility of the salary model design,and the unreasonable specific setting of the assessment and evaluation indicators were obtained.To solve these problems,the scheme optimization design was carried out.Based on the 3PM framework,the position salary,ability salary,performance salary and external market level were optimized.And implement safeguards against these optimizations.Compensation management belongs to the key content of enterprise management,relying on the optimization compensation management measures,which can realize the win-win purpose,both to design for H company according to the compensation management provide important basis for the improved optimization scheme,also can according to the compensation for other same type design company management provide important reference for improvement plan. |
