With the deepening of the new round of high-level opening up and the fourth wave of international industrial transfer,on the one hand,Chinese enterprises are in a "inferior position" in the overall competition between related fields and foreign-funded enterprises,and need to get rid of the dilemma of "low-end locking" in the value chain;on the other hand,the comparative advantages of various countries have been gradually replaced by new forces,and the existing global value chain position be placed in jeopardy.Knowledge is the core of comprehensive competitive advantage.Knowledge transfer is an important way to realize the dynamic renewal of comprehensive competitive advantage,such as knowledge resource capability.So how can enterprises improve their global value chain status through knowledge transfer? What is the path of ascension? As the basis for enterprises to recognize themselves,what does organizational identity provide for the promotion of enterprises' global value chain status? As the mechanism guarantee of cooperation between enterprises and external organizations,what does Interorganizational Trust provide for the promotion of enterprises' global value chain status?Case study as a type of sampling,through the detailed analysis of typical case enterprises,it is helpful to carry out a detailed and profound study of a certain kind of economic phenomenon.Han's laser and San'an optoelectronics started from small power laser equipment and low brightness LED equipment respectively,and gradually developed into leading enterprises in their respective industries in China,with a high international status.Their development process is the epitome of China's enterprises to enhance the status of the global value chain.Therefore,this paper chooses Han's laser and San'an optoelectronics as typical cases to carry out in-depth vertical research,and through the comparison of the two enterprises' global value chain status promotion,in order to further improve the practical applicability of this study.By combing the development history of the two enterprises,according to the dynamic perspective of "knowledge transfer-organizational identity recognition-Interorganizational trust",the global value chain status promotion process of the two case enterprises is divided into three stages,and the different stages are explored and summarized respectively.How the two enterprises improve the global value chain status through knowledge transfer? organizational identity recognition and group How the Interorganizational trust affects the global value chain status of the two enterprises in each stage?The conclusions of this study are as follows: first,knowledge transfer plays a positive leading role in the process of improving the global value chain status of enterprises,and then organizational identity recognition provides "internal strength support" for the implementation of the promotion strategy,and organizational identity recognition can guide the knowledge transfer strategy of enterprises to a certain extent;Inter Organizational Trust provides "external strength support" for the implementation of the promotion strategy,Inter Organizational Trust can also ensure the smooth implementation of Inter Organizational Knowledge Transfer to a certain extent.Second,the path to enhance the global value chain status of enterprises is the unity of "horizontal promotion" and "vertical promotion".Among them,"horizontal promotion" shows the development of scale economy and high profit margin business;"vertical promotion" shows the transformation from low-end link of value chain to high-end link,opening up the whole industry chain and low-end excess business to high-end emerging business.Different lifting paths can be carried out independently or simultaneously.
