As environmental pollution, shortage of resources, and labor-management conflicts have become prominent, sustainable supply chain management has begun to attract the attention of all sectors of society.Corporate social responsibility in the supply chain has a potential impact on corporate reputation and performance, and is the key to achieving sustainable development. The government has proposed subsidy incentive policies to encourage companies to assume corporate social responsibility.Under this background, based on the existing research, from the perspective of sustainable supply chain, this paper uses game theory to carry out research.First,a sustainable supply chain game model with or without government subsidies is constructed to discuss The impact of continuous supply chain.then three decision-making models were constructed, including the manufacturers subsidized strategy within the internal coordination of the supply chain, the retailers subsidized strategy within the internal coordination of the supply chain and External government coordinated subsidy strategy to analyze different government subsidy strategies The impact on sustainable supply chain decision-making,the profits of supply chain members and social welfare, and explore the government's optimal subsidy strategy.the relevant results are verified by numerical simulation. The main findings are as follows:(1)Regardless of whether there are government subsidies, the higher the CSR cost coefficient, the lower the manufacturer's CSR level, the lower the market demand, the smaller the retailer's profit, the manufacturer's profit, and the social welfare.Increasing consumer preference for products with corporate social responsibility attributes can increase the level of sales effort and corporate social responsibility, and can increase sales prices and market demand.Within a certain range, the higher the manufacturer's CSR level, the higher the retailer's profit, the manufacturer's profit, and the social welfare.(2)Compared with no government subsidies, sustainable supply chain decisions with government subsidies are better.Increasing government subsidies within a certain range can increase the profits for retailers, manufacturers, and social welfare, but after exceeding a certain range, social welfare declines.(3)Sustainable supply chain decisions are affected by different government subsidy strategies and consumers' sensitivity to the level of corporate social responsibility. When consumers are less sensitive to corporate social responsibility, the retailer 's decision is better under the retailers subsidized strategy within the internal coordination of the supply chain, and it is more advantageous to choose this strategy at this time. When consumers are more sensitive to corporate social responsibility, the retailer's sales price and profit are greater under the manufacturers subsidized strategy within the internal coordination of the supply chain.choosing this strategy is more beneficial to its own interests at this time.Regardless of how consumers' sensitivity to corporate social responsibility changes, manufacturers' profits have reached their highest level under the retailers subsidized strategy within the internal coordination of the supply chain.(4)Compared with the manufacturers subsidized strategy within the internal coordination of the supply chain, social welfare is higher under the retailers subsidized strategy within the internal coordination of the supply chain, while the government spending subsidy is smaller,so the retailers subsidized strategy within the internal coordination of the supply chain is chosen more beneficial to social welfare.(5)When the level of corporate social responsibility is getting higher and higher, the government should gradually reduce subsidies and raise the threshold of subsidies. The combination of government subsidies and internal coordination of the supply chain is more conducive to improving sustainable supply chain performance. When consumers have less preference for sustainable products, the government chooses to subsidize retailers and assist retailers to sign revenue-sharing contracts with manufacturers, which is more conducive to increasing social welfare.
