Research On Corporate Social Responsibility Coordination Strategy Of Supply Chain Based On Differential Game

In recent years,corporate social responsibility(CSR)has attracted the attention of academia and business circles.CSR is not only the individual responsibility of an enterprise,but the common responsibility of all enterprises in the supply chain.With the rise of ecommerce,the cooperation between suppliers and e-commerce platforms to sell goods has become a common business model.Based on the differential game theory,this thesis takes the supply chain composed of suppliers and e-commerce platform as the research object to study CSR coordination strategy of supply chain.This study helps supply chain member enterprises to choose CSR strategy,and also provides relevant suggestions for the formulation of government policies.From the dynamic perspective,this thesis constructs the differential equation of brand recognition affected by the CSR level of enterprises.Considering the pure market effect,government supervision and government subsidy,the differential game model of supply chain members under decentralized decision-making mode,cost sharing contract mode and centralized decision-making mode are established,and the equilibrium results under different modes are obtained.By comparing the optimal CSR level and supply chain profit of different models,this thesis discusses the choice of game model of supply chain members in different situations.Through the method of numerical analysis,this thesis analyses the influence of interest distribution coefficient,government supervision influence coefficient,government subsidy ratio and other factors on supply chain decision-making.The results show that:(1)Whether there is government participation or not,the centralized decision-making mode of collaborative cooperation is the optimal choice,and the profit and CSR level of both sides of the supply chain are higher than that of other modes.Compared with the decentralized decision-making model,the profit and CSR level of supply chain in cost contract model are improved.And the lower the income distribution coefficient,the better the improvement effect of the cost sharing contract model.(2)When the CSR level is high,the enterprise can effectively take advantage of the propaganda effect of enterprises with good CSR performance in the process of government supervision,the profits and CSR level of the supply chain under government supervision are considered to be higher than those of the supply chain under pure market effect.(3)Government subsidies can not only effectively stimulate both parties in the supply chain to improve the CSR level,but also improve the profits of the supply chain.In addition,the higher the subsidy ratio of the government,the better the effect of the cost sharing contract on the improvement of the profit and CSR level of the supply chain,and the more incentive the members of the supply chain to adopt the cooperative mode.
