In the tide of sharing economy,a group of crowdsourcing logistics platform has realized the perfect integration of social idle capacity and distribution demand information,such as freight Lala,everyone express,Dada-jd.com home and so on.With the development of society,consumers pay more and more attention to the quality of delivery and the safe delivery of parcels,but the background and quality of the people who deliver parcels on the crowdsourcing logistics platform are not uniform,and the damage or loss of the goods occur from time to time.As the market competition is more and more intense,it is very important for the long-term development of the crowdsourcing logistics platform enterprise to consider the distribution quality.In the current research on crowdsourcing logistics platform,the decision-making of platform distribution quality and other non-price characteristics has not received enough attention,therefore,this paper based on the characteristics of the current crowdsourcing logistics industry distribution quality level to build a platform pricing model,with a certain degree of guidance.This paper first analyzes the development of crowdsourcing logistics platform,puts forward the characteristics of crowdsourcing logistics distribution industry,and points out the obvious distribution quality problems in the process of operation and market competition.Secondly,the crowdsourcing logistics platform serves both consumers(the demand side of distribution)and distributors,and has the characteristics of bilateral markets.Therefore,it is necessary to summarize and sort out the related research of bilateral market platforms,combined with the special attributes of crowdsourcing logistics platform: Consumers have a certain preference for the quality of distribution.Considering the consumer's preference for distribution quality,that is,the level of distribution quality,a pricing model is constructed by introducing the distribution quality cost Coefficient to study the platform pricing in monopolistic and duopolistic competition,the influence of the cost Coefficient of distribution quality and the externality of inter-group network on the decision-making of distribution quality level and the pricing strategy of users is deeply discussed with the goal of platform profit maximization.Then,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of the crowdsourcing logistics platform,and explains the deficiencies.At the end of the paper,the future development of the crowdsourcing logisticsplatform is discussed.The findings of this study are as follows:(1)monopoly.When the network externality coefficient produced by the distributor is larger than that produced by the consumer,the cross-network externality produced by the distributor is larger With the increase of the quality cost coefficient,the quality level of distribution will be reduced,the subsidy to distributors will be increased,and the charges to consumers will be reduced.When the network externality coefficient produced by the distributor is smaller than that produced by the consumer,the cross-network externality produced by the distributor is smaller And with the distribution quality cost coefficient increases,reduce the distribution quality level,increase the charges to the distributors,reduce the charges to consumers.(2)in duopoly competition.When the network externality coefficient produced by the distributor is larger than that produced by the consumer,the network externality produced by the distributor is larger,the best quality decision is to make a larger distribution quality,to narrow the distribution quality gap with the platform with high quality distribution,and to make a bigger price than the platform with high quality distribution,when the cost Coefficient of distribution quality increases,the two competing platforms should enlarge the distribution quality difference correspondingly.At the same time,the platform with high quality distribution will increase the pricing to the distributors,platforms with low-quality Delivery Reduce Pricing for distributors,and platforms with high-quality delivery always price less for distributors than those with low-quality delivery.When the network externality coefficient produced by the distributor is smaller than that produced by the consumer,the network externality produced by the distributor is smaller than that produced by the consumer,the best quality decision is to make smaller distribution quality,to increase the distribution quality gap with the platform with high quality distribution,to make less than the platform with high quality distribution user pricing.With the increase of the distribution quality cost coefficient,the two competing platforms should enlarge the distribution quality difference correspondingly,and the platform with high quality distribution should reduce the pricing to the distributors,platforms with low-quality delivery increase pricing to distributors,and platforms with high-quality delivery always charge more for distributorsthan those with low-quality delivery.3 no matter how the network externalities change between users,the optimal consumer pricing decision is: With the increase of the cost coefficient of distribution quality,both platforms will charge consumers more and more,and the platform with high-quality distribution charges consumers more than the platform with low-quality distribution.(3)comparing the platform decision of monopolistic and duopoly competition,it is found that the distribution quality level of the crowdsourcing logistics platform is higher than that of the competition platform in the monopolistic environment,the platform charges consumers in the monopolistic environment,and subsidizes consumers in the competitive environment,and the subsidy of low distribution quality platform to consumers is higher than that of high distribution quality platform to consumers.The platform charges less to the distributor in the monopolistic environment than in the competitive environment.The conclusions of this study,for the development of crowdsourcing logistics platform enterprises put forward a practical guiding significance of the management model and user pricing decision-making.
