Performance management is an important content of corporate personnel management, many corporations have become to accept this type of concept on performance management gradually, internally pushing the implementation of performance management positively, and the purpose of implementation is to improve the organizational performance. Through the process on implementation of performance management, KS Sales company has gained outstanding achievement. Due to the frequent change of competition environment and demand on coordination on the implementation of Group's new strategy, the present position performance management on KS Sales company's business managers can't meet the above demands, so it's necessary to improve this position's performance management in order to advance personnel's performance and reach this Group's goal.This article from the domestic and international performance management research findings, combined with performance management and performance appraisal of the relevant theory, firstly analyzing the present situation and the problem about performance management on KS Sales company's business managers, then from the position features of business managers, discussing the system optimization and reconstruction of this position's performance management. Finally forming the reconstruction scheme to effectively improve this position's work performance, by analyzing the problems such as remodeling business manager position's KPI(key performance indicators), the way of building closed performance management system and carrying out performance improved management, etc.Based on this situation, this article adopts the integrated use of the key Performance Indicators (KPI) and other performance management theories and ways, rebuilding the position performance layered structure model on KS Sales company's business managers. By means of making appraisal indicators precisely, increasing the appraisal dimensionality, putting forward some suggestions on its implementation of measures, changing the past pressure way of management into the communicational one. And it can improve business manager's position performance to a certain extent.
