| Since 2020,the rapid spread of novel coronavirus in China has provided numerous opportunities for the development of the pharmaceutical industry.The proposal and implementation of the national "the belt and road initiative" strategy has also provided a more positive development path for the all-round and deep integration of traditional Chinese medicine into the world.Company B is currently a representative Chinese medicine enterprise in Henan Province.Traditional Chinese medicine plays an irreplaceable and unique role in the treatment of chronic diseases and other diseases.Financial strategy affects the future development direction of pharmaceutical companies.Therefore,understand the financial situation of company B,what problems exist,what kind of financial strategy we should choose,and what measures should be taken are the focus of this paper.This paper uses Harvard analysis framework to study the financial information of company B from 2015 to 2018.First of all,the financial situation of Company B is analyzed and predicted,including four aspects: finance,accounting,strategy and prospect.In the strategic analysis part,SWOT model,five forces model and PEST model are used.In the accounting analysis part,it mainly makes a comparative analysis on the key accounting elements that account for a large proportion of total assets,such as accounts receivable,inventory,fixed assets,etc.In the financial analysis part,detailed comparison is made from six aspects: development,debt service,profit,operation,cash flow and comprehensive financial situation.Later,it has found out some problems existing in company B,such as lack of scientific management of accounts receivable,etc.Finally,it has put forward some choices and suggestions on the company's financial strategy.Thus,it is beneficial for the managers of the company to improve the problems they are facing,to make targeted choices and adjust their financial strategies in time,and to promote the long-term and healthy development of the company. |
