Spatio-Temporal Differentiation And Influencing Factors Of Agricultural Region Multi-Function

The agricultural regional function is an important scientific problem in agricultural geography research,and it is also the important practical issue related to the national food security and sustainable development of regional agriculture.Guided by the theory of regional system of man-land relationship and taking the Bohai sea region as an example,we constructed the evaluation index system of agricultural regional function,and explore the spatial pattern and evaluation process of the agricultural products supplying,the labor employment and social security,the ecological conservation and the cultural heritage and recreational functions.Based on the cluster analysis with SPSS and spatial econometric model,we also identified the types of agricultural region and the influencing factors affecting four functions.The results show that: Firstly,the degrees of spatial concentration of agricultural products supplying,the labor employment and social security and the cultural heritage and recreational functions are low,while the degree of the ecological conservation function is high.The spatial distributions of four functions have obvious regularity.Secondly,the function of agricultural products supplying enhanced largely,its center of gravity was further concentrated in plain agricultural areas.The high value areas of labor employment and social security function shifted from inland to coastal areas.The function of ecological conservation of hilly areas further highlighted.Advantage areas of the cultural heritage and recreational function were concentrating in the municipal districts and their surrounding counties.Thirdly,the leading counties of agricultural products supplying function distribute in central and southern plain of Hebei province,the impact plain of northwest Shandong,the Jiaolai plain and the west of Liaohe plain.The leading counties of function of the labor employment and social security distribute in piedmont plain of Yanshan and coastal plain of Hebei province,Jiaodong peninsula and the Yellow River Delta region.The leading counties of ecological conservation function distribute in Bashang plateau,mountainous region of Yanshan,hilly area of eastern and western Liaoning province,and the surrounding areas of BeijingTianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration.The leading counties of cultural heritage and recreational function distribute in surrounding areas of mid-southern Liaoning urban agglomerations,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan region and Jinan metropolitan area.Comprehensive counties distribute in the Huang Huai plain and hilly areas of central and south of Shandong province.Fourthly,natural factors have a significant impact on the formation of three kinds of functions such as supply of agricultural products,employment and social security and ecological conservation,while social and economic factors on the impact of four kinds of functions are quite different.Fifthly,we should formulate scientific and regular policies to promote agricultural regional functions and promote agricultural development.The study reveals the regularity and influence mechanism of the evolution of agricultural regional functions,which can provide theoretical basis for scientific guidance of regional division of labor,strengthening of leading function,highlighting regional value and promoting regional coordinated development.
