Research On Propaganda And Ideological Work Of Qinhuangdao Development Zone In The New Era

In 2017,the report to the 19th CPC national congress set out a new historical juncture for China's development--socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.In the context of the new era,China's political and economic restructuring is deepening,and the work of propaganda and ideological work is keeping pace with the pace of The Times.As a Chinese saying goes,"the foundation is not firm and the earth is shaking." the propaganda and ideological work in the new era is a project to lay a solid foundation,and it shoulders the important mission of publicizing the party's concept of governing the country and maintaining social stability.It is conducive to enhancing the cohesion and creativity of the people and plays a positive role in promoting economic and social development.This paper uses the theory of public management theory,the government and service-oriented government theory,using the literature research,comparative analysis,combing the domestic and foreign research status of propaganda and ideological work and Qinhuangdao economic and technological development zone of propaganda and ideological work of the current situation,find out the main problems,namely insufficient attention of leading cadres,and the actual work contact close enough,the position of public opinion to be strengthen,the working team construction is relatively backward.Secondly,combined with the actual work,the investigation and research method is adopted to analyze the causes of the problems.Using the longitudinal comparison method,the propaganda and ideological work is to compare the different phase of the mission,combining with the characteristics of the new era of propaganda and ideological work,to visit the area to investigate,collect the relevant data,put forward the countermeasures to improve the leading cadre ideological understanding,improve the working mechanism,perfect emergency mechanism,adjust the job functions institutions in four aspects,solve the main problem.Through this research,it is expected to further innovate,deepen and improve the level of propaganda and ideological work in the new era,give full play to its important role,and promote the sustained and stable economic and social development of Qinhuangdao economic and technological development zone.
