Study On The Growth Network Mechanism Of Innovative Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Based On Knowledge Flow

Innovative Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises(ISMEs)is an important driving force to promote the transformation and development of social economy,which is exceedingly important to guide the steady development of the social economy,however,knowledge as an important flow resource of ISMEs engaged in scientific and technological innovation activities,continuous updated knowledge will bring new vitality to the improvement of enterprise's innovation ability.Therefore,as an important form,knowledge flows promote the growth of innovative SMEs and achieve economic growth.This paper will study the network mechanism of the growth of ISMEs from the perspective of knowledge flow,which will provide a new way of thinking and research perspective for the study of the relationship between knowledge flow and the growth of ISMEs from a single analysis to a comprehensive analysis,and also bring insight into its inner tendency.In addition,for ISMEs,how it can be flexible to adjust the relationship of cooperation to promote the growth of enterprises also have certain significance.On the basis of recapitulation and analysis about the relationship between knowledge flow and the growth of ISMEs,this thesis puts forward the proposition of the growth network mechanism of ISMEs based on knowledge flow,then explains the theoretical framework of the growth network mechanism of ISMEs under the knowledge flow and the simulation model is built simutaneously.We will also have simulation research on the basic nature,synchronization capability,robustness and vulnerability of the growth network of ISMEs from different network models,and explain the realistic significance of the simulation results scientifically.This thesis is divided into five chapters: The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly discusses the research background,research significance,the current research status and research ideas and methods of this thesis.The second chapter is the theoretical foundation,which is the central points of this thesis.The third chapter discusses the theoretical framework for the growth network mechanism of ISMEs and also provides theoretical foundation for the next chapter.The fourth chapter is the simulation of the network mechanism,which is also the focus of this thesis and will have simulation study in the characteristics of the growth network of ISMEs from two different kinds of network mechanism models,include small world networks and scale-free networks.The fifth chapter puts forward some implications and suggestions of the conclusion.The sixth chapter is the conclusion of this thesis,and prospects of the future study.From this study,this thesis have some basic conclusions:(1)The weakening of network relationship strength has positive effect on the awareness of knowledge flow and flow efficiency,which stimulate the rapid growth and growth stability of ISMEs,the increase of average path length reduces the efficiency of knowledge flow,which is not conducive to the growth of ISMEs.(2)Knowledge flow between gradient cooperative ISMEs broaden the knowledge information acquisition channels for the growth of ISMEs and open up the external growth path.However,explicit knowledge flow in the cross cooperation behavior between the gradient cooperative ISMEs provide a larger growth space for ISMEs with rather weak innovation ability.(3)The growth network of ISMEs with low network relationship strength need to establish an effective constraint mechanism,tacit knowledge flow can better promote the growth of ISMEs.At the same time,there will be a phenomenon of the strong are stronger,the weak are weaker.The strong ISMEs in the growth of the network show the excellent synchronization toward the initiative growth.The other way round,the weak ISMEs in the growth of the network show the synchronization toward the passive growth.(4)The transformation from gradient cooperative to cross cooperation behavior of gradient cooperative will have a positive effect on synchronization and coordination of ISMEs;And business fraud during the period of cooperation directly undermine the stability of the growth network of ISMEs.
