Study On The Influence Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Growth,basing On The Regional Innovation

Small and medium-sized enterprise is China's largest and most innovative enterprise group,and in promoting economic growth, promote innovation, increase tax, absorbing employment, improving people's livelihood has an irreplaceable role. However, the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country generally have the problem of management difficult, faced costs rise faster, technology innovation slow, financing difficult and expensive, heavy burden, how to accelerate the development of small and medium-sized enterprises become an important issue. On the current value in the era of information and resources, mastery of information and resources to become firm growth and access to an important source of competitive advantage. Regional innovation network for information,technology, personnel, capital and policy resources such as the carrier, as the regional innovation network behavior main body in the interaction and inspire provides a strong support, the behavior main body from each according to his ability to get at the same time, the whole is greater than the effect of the local. Therefore, based on the regional innovation network and the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises as the research object, study the influence of the regional innovation network for small and medium-sized enterprises, through the perspective of regional innovation network to promote the healthy growth of the small and medium-sized enterprises put forward the corresponding strategy.In this paper, from two aspects of theory and practice of regional innovation network researches on the influencing for small and medium-sized enterprises. First of all, from the theory of regional innovation network and analyzing the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises, the related concept, the characteristics, the function of the regional innovation network and the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises are faced with the problem,and analyzes the constituent elements of the two; Secondly, on the basis of relevant theories,respectively from the three factors of regional innovation networks of small and medium-sized enterprise growth and analyzes the influence of the two components, thus establish the model assumptions, establish regional innovation network for small and medium-sized enterprise growth influencing conceptual model of research; Again, the establishment of index system of comprehensive measure, and using the SPSS 19.0 to measure index system of reliability and validity of the scale. on this basis, Application AMOS 17.0 establish regional innovation network and the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises structural equation model, on the regional innovation network for small and medium-sized enterprise growth of empirical research, which influence and parse the empirical results.Finally, on the basis of theory and empirical research, combined with the characteristics and function of regional innovation network, and the growth characteristics and problems of small and medium-sized enterprises, to enhance the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises of the two elements as the goal, on the basis of the regional innovation network to provide countermeasures to promote the healthy growth of small and medium-sized enterprises .
