Company held a 100% stake of Ludi investment limited company directly, a 100% stake of Xulou mining and Loufan mining directly and indirectly through Ludi investment limited company. Main businesses translated to iron ore mining, machining and powdered iron sales. A series of changes have taken place on the enterprise external environment and own conditions. Therefore, on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the external environment and objective evaluation of own conditions, it is critical to research and discuss the development strategy after restructuring to the sustainable and healthy development of company.Under this background, on the basis of combing theory of strategic management, this article uses relevant strategic analysis tools to research and discuss the development strategy of company.
