The division of labor in contemporary society is becoming more and more detailed, information technology is changing with each passing day, industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce, more and more challenges and dilemmas are encountered by the staff, and the pressure and anxiety of the staff are also increasing. For commercial banks, discovering and developing employees' resilience can help employees adjust their state of mind before the huge work pressure, maintain stable mood, promote mental health level, maintain stable work performance, and improve enterprise performance. In this study, the bank employees are taken as the objects of investigation.Combining with the personality trait performance model, emotion regulation theory and self-regulation resource theory, the questionnaire is sent to the bank employees through the questionnaire method,so as to understand the current situation of the resilience of the bank employees.By constructing the theoretical model between resilience and work performance, and introducing four kinds of cognitive emotion regulation methods and organizational support variables, this paper explores the relationship between resilience and work performance and its mechanism,so as to reveal the impact of resilience on work performance.Through the comprehensive use of spss26.0 and mplus7.0,this study explored the relationship among resilience, cognitive emotion regulation, employee performance and organizational support. The results show that: first, resilience has a significant positive impact on employee performance, and employees with high resilience have better task performance and relationship performance.Resilience has a significant positive impact on the positive re attention and positive evaluation in cognitive emotion regulation, and a negative impact on catastrophic thinking.Second, the positive refocusing and positive evaluation in cognitive emotion regulation has a positive impact on the task performance and relationship performance of employees, while the disastrous thinking has a negative impact on task performance and relationship performance.Positive re focus, positive evaluation and catastrophic thinking play a part of intermediary role in the relationship between resilience, task performance and relationship performance.Employees with high resilience have higher level of active re focus and positive evaluation, and lower level of catastrophic thinking,so they have higher level of task performance and relationship performance.Thirdly, the relationship between employees' sense of organizational support and resilience, positive evaluation in cognitive emotion regulation and catastrophic thinking has a significant regulatory effect. The higher the level of organizational support, the higher the level of resilience, the higher the level of positive evaluation, and the lower the level of catastrophic thinking.Fourth, employees' organizational support significantly regulates the mediating role of positive evaluation and catastrophic thinking in cognitive emotion regulation between resilience, task performance and relationship performance. The conclusion of the study has management implications for banking and other enterprises in human resource management.Enterprises should pay attention to the impact of resilience on employees' work performance, improve their cognitive emotion regulation ability and self resilience level through training and other means,so as to effectively improve employees' ability to face adversity and work performance. In addition, this study explores the mechanism of employees' resilience to work performance, enriches the content of positive psychology, broadens the perspective of human resource management, and provides new ideas for the study of work performance.
