Since the outbreak of e-commerce in recent years mobilized the rapid development of whole express portfolio, China has formed a large-scale express market consisting of state-owned enterprise, private enterprise and foreign-funded enterprise. The differences among various express enterprises are reducing continually during the fast industrial development, which means the business types, product prices and delivery time of various enterprises are homogenized gradually; therefore, the purposes of becoming superior in the perfervid market competition and forming enterprises’ own core competition are more difficult than before. At this moment, the function of human resource is increasingly obvious with being lifted to the key factor. Because Chinese express industry is still at development stage, some private enterprises’ awareness in brand, core value, enterprise culture as well as cohesion is weaker, which indicates that employees cannot feel the care from organization with low sense of organizational identification; thus, the job-hopping phenomenon happens repeatedly, which has affected the organizational performance in express enterprises.Based on the background above, this article discussed about the mode of action between employees’ perceived organizational support and job performance in express enterprises by taking employees in express enterprises as research objects; meanwhile, through taking organization identification as intervening variable, it organized the relationship model of perceived organizational support, organizational identification as well as job performance.For the sake of studying the issues above scientifically, the research in this article is carried out according to the following methods: sort the concept, measurement method as well as relationship of three variables including sense of organizational identification, job performance and organizational identification on the basis of reading large numbers of literatures, and propose hypothesis. Then, based on the 276 valid questionnaires, the author recycled data effectiveness to verify the hypothesis proposed in this article by adopting SPSS software, project analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and other measurement methods. The results showed that: the various dimensions of perceived organizational support(work support and care support), organizational identification and job performance are in significant positive correlation; the work support and care support in perceived organizational are in positive relate to organizational identification; organizational identification plays the function of partial medium between the two dimensions of perceived organizational support(work support and care support) and various dimensions of job performance, among which the mediating effect of organizational identification among various dimensions between value identification and job performance has not been verified. In addition, the ages of express employees can affect the dimension of value identification in employees’ perceived organizational support obviously; education background can influence the value identification dimension as well as organizational identification in employees’ perceived organizational support, and contextual performance dimension in job performance. At last, aimed at this article’s research conclusion and characteristics of express enterprises, this article put forward targeted management suggestion and research outlook.
