In recent years, China’s e-commerce industry has experienced unprecedented development, so does the express industry, as the foundation of the online-commerce industry. After a period of development, China’s private courier enterprise initially formed the industry pattern of "sitongyida", which means the biggest five private organization. Although in rapid development, many express enterprises ignore the construction work of "soft power", focusing on enlarging delivery market. As the industry development situation stabilized, the key to win the enterprise competition is internal management of express firms. And enterprise’s competition is essentially talent competition, therefore, in a long time in the future, the retention and management of employee will be the key factors influencing the express enterprise competitiveness.Based on the above, this article select the job burnout as the core theme, choose express enterprise staff as the research object, researching the relationship between emotional labor and job burnout, and the role perceived organizational support between them, ultimately building a model which contains them. These workers come from 12 units which belongs to three major brands courier companies in Jiangsu province. Analyzing the received questionnaire data software, get the following conclusions:1. The correlation between two dimensions of emotion regulation is positive, they just mean the tendency of emotion regulation strategies;2. The relation between cognitive reappraisal and low career self-efficacy is negative, and the correlation between cognitive reappraisal and exhaustion and alienation are positive, namely expression suppression is the main reason lead to employees’ job burnout in emotional labor;3. The perceived organizational support is moderating variable between cognitive reappraisal and low self-efficacy of career, as well as in the suppression-alienation relationship. The only difference is the effect orientation.In the last, this article put forward some advises in different ways, hoping these suggestions will help firms like express enterprises more or less.
