Study On Risk Control Of W Company's Radiation Sterilization Equipment Purchasing

There were many risks in the process of equipment procurement when the great project was running because the many kinds of equipment are required,the deadline of equipment was strict and the customization of equipment was highly needed.The processing of the project was affected by the risks of equipment procurement,such as the risk of purchasing cost,the risk of purchasing schedule,the risk of deadline,the risk of quality.Meanwhile,the continuity of the project was affected by these risks.The study of procurement risks on radiation sterilization equipment in W company was made to explore the signification and effect of risks of equipment procurement.The risks in the process of equipment purchasing were analysised according to the participatory of the procurement risk on radiaton sterilization equipment in W company.The four primary risks in major classes and thirteen secondary risks in secondary classes were analysised and summarized in detail.The probability of risk occurred was valuated by grading of expert,and the data was integrated by the analytic hierarchy process to make the probability of risk in order.The wastage of risks in the same group was compared and graded with each other of one to one according to the rules of analytic hierarchy process,the average was listed in the judgment matrix list in the rules of nearing,and the risks were graded and ordered.The appointment risks were summarized to governed.The risk of supply management,sulpply produce,supply breach and the capital management were listed to the appointment risk according to the result of analysis,and the plan of management and controller was made to make sure the program can run and get the economic effect.
