As a non cash payment method integrating cash deposit and withdrawal,transfer revenue and expenditure,consumption loan and other functions,credit card caters to the financial payment needs of consumers' convenient payment and diversified financial services,and is widely loved and welcomed by the public,and the role of stimulating demand to promote economic growth gradually appears.However,with the continuous expansion of credit card business,the number of people with credit cards is also growing.Under the influence of interest driven,some people use credit cards to illegally cash out,malicious overdraft,etc.,which makes commercial banks face various risks in the process of credit card business operation,resulting in adverse consequences.Therefore,combining with the actual operation of commercial banks' credit card business,it is of great practical significance to carry out targeted research on credit risk management.Based on the background of the development of Internet finance,this paper makes an in-depth study on the risk management of the credit card business of commercial banks.On the basis of fully combing the relevant theories of the credit card risk management of commercial banks,it takes the regional branch of bank y as the actual case to analyze,and comprehensively uses the scientific research methods such as AHP and fuzzy evaluation to fully analyze bank y Based on the current situation of the credit card market of the bank's regional branches,this paper reveals the risk management problems of the bank's credit card market;the problems of the credit card market risk management of the bank's regional branches mainly focus on the problems of the lack of standardization of pre loan audit,the lag of management mechanism in issuing,the extensive management after issuing,the formalization of post loan management,and thepoor effect;in-depth analysis of the credit card market risk The main causes of management problems are that there is no credit card risk management concept,practitioners are difficult to adapt to the needs of business development,lack of laws and regulations,extensive business operation mode and imperfect internal control system,etc.;and the successful experience of credit card risk management in the United States,South Korea and Japan is compared and analyzed.Based on the above analysis,credit card risk management and legal means are proposed It is suggested to regulate credit card consumption,improve the quality level of employees,actively prevent fraud risks and strengthen industry self-discipline.
