In recent years,the development of commercial complexes is in the ascendant and has become a new engine of modernization and development,creating significant socioeconomic benefits.However,the serious brain drain of the commercial complex and the lack of reasonable evaluation support for talent promotion have made the contradictions such as the lack of enthusiasm of the retained staff enthusiastic.The human resource management issues of the commercial complex,especially the incomplete performance appraisal system,have become a bottleneck restricting its rapid development.A reasonable employee performance evaluation system is of great significance to attracting and retaining talents in a commercial complex,and promoting sustainable development of the enterprise.This paper takes the HY business complex employee performance assessment system as the research object,and uses research methods such as literature data method and analytic hierarchy process.First of all,based on the definition of the core concepts of the business complex and the staff performance assessment theory,it analyzes various performance assessment tools.Advantages and disadvantages and applicability;secondly,combined with the particularity of the research subject of commercial complexes,analyze the development status of HY commercial complexes and the current status and problems of human resource management;and again,use "KPI + 360degree" performance assessment Law,from the four aspects of work performance,work attitude,work ability,professional ethics to design performance evaluation system for high-,middle-,and basic-level employees;Finally,put forward organizational security,system security,management security and other safeguards.The thesis research found that there are five major problems in the performance evaluation system of the HY business complex: limited understanding of the company's strategic goals,inadequate setting of the company's work goals,unclear performance evaluation standards,inconsistent evaluation standards of enterprise performance indicators,and insufficient application of enterprise performance results..The performance appraisal system and guarantee measures of HY commercial complex employees based on "KPI + 360 degrees" are of great practical significance to promote the innovation of HY commercial complex enterprise employee performance appraisal system,and provide internal human resource management for similar commercial real estate service companies To a certain extent.
