Playing the role of human resources, training of staff loyalty and engagement is the core of human resource management. About issue of how to improve employee engagement and how to make good use of personnel and how to nurture their loyalty and engagement ,so as to reduce the cost of human resources and achieve the maximum effectiveness of human resources development, has been the research direction of enterprises, especially the Human Resource Management research. This study selected from the perspective of performance assessment, and combined with the actual situation of A bank employee engagement and performance assessment for the specific research.The article firstly described the purpose and significance of this study, and proposed the research ideas, methods and content, and then introduced theory and research of performance assessment and employee engagement , followed by A bank to explain human resources management, especially the performance assessment work carried out situation analysis, and conducted employee engagement surveys and analysis. we found some problems, for instance, the form of performance cash based on employee engagement exist deficiencies,and the pertinency of performance based on employee engagement policies is not strong,and the supporting measures of performance based on employee engagement is not enough and so on. The article described the importance of balancing the complementary relationship between the performance assessment and employee engagement. On this basis, according to the actual situation for the A bank, the article adjusted A bank performance plan based on employee engagement . In the existing performance assessment index,add the index of promoting express of employee engagement and guide employee engagement behavior to support the overall development of A bank. Finally, the article put forward the implementing safeguard measures of performance assessment based on employee engagement .for example ,the article proposed that we should improve the consciousness of cultivating employee engagement, strengthen organization management of performance assessment with the corresponding employee engagement , improve the performance management system with the corresponding employee engagement and strengthen professional staff, policy and financial security, enterprise culture construction guarantee measures.High engagement and the reasonable payment under performance assessment has a close relationship, however, However, enterprises make use of performance assessment and other forms of reward and recognition enables employees to obtain a sense of belonging,a sense of ownership and accomplishment, this has critical influence on professionalism.How to balance the relationship between performance assessment and employee engagement is a kind of art. Due to the impact of foreign capital enterprises, to build and improve the performance assessment system is a urgent desire of most of our enterprise.So study and grasp the incentive theory and main countermeasures, and establish scientific and perfect solution of performance assessment has very important practical significance.
