Research On The Setting Of Equity Incentive Exercise Conditions For Listed Companies In The Information Technology Industry

With the advent of the 5G era,cloud computing,the Internet of Things,big data,and the industrial Internet have become the mainstream of the era.The information technology industry provides important support for intelligent development.The competitiveness of the industry is becoming increasingly fierce.As the core competitiveness of the information technology industry,talents have become its driving force.In order to retain and motivate core talents,information technology companies have gradually promoted the practice of equity incentive systems.Exercise conditions are at the core of equity incentive plans.The improper setting of exercise conditions may cause the equity incentive plan to be revoked,or the equity incentive plan may not have an incentive effect.The setting of scientific and reasonable exercise conditions provided a guarantee for the smooth implementation of the equity incentive plan.This article summarizes the theoretical basis and exercise conditions of equity incentives.It summarizes the literature on equity incentive factors and exercise conditions.The status quo of stock option incentive conditions of listed companies in the information technology industry in China is analyzed.The article uses the case study method.It select the leading enterprise of enterprise management software in China’s power industry-Yuanguang Software company.From the dimensions and difficulty of setting the exercise condition indicators,analyze the equity incentive plan of High Light Software from 2009 to 2019.The analysis is mainly based on industry background,enterprise development cycle,and industry characteristics.Thus,the problems of designing high-light software exercise conditions are single,lack of market conditions,and lack of industry development.And put forward corresponding improvement suggestions.It is hoped to provide reference for the setting of the company’s equity incentive conditions.Continue to improve the setting of exercise conditions.Ensure the smooth and effective implementation of equity incentive plans.
