Research On Quality Management Of New Product Development Project Of M Tobacco Company

Modern cigarette manufacturing enterprises are facing the increasingly severe external environment and the increasingly fierce market competition.How to improve the advantages of the development of new cigarette products has become a problem faced by various cigarette manufacturing enterprises.With the continuous promotion of the reform of China's tobacco industry,the management level has been gradually improved.In the development of new cigarette products,the use of project management knowledge and means has become the key to enhance the competitiveness of soft power.In this paper,M tobacco company's new product development project quality management as the goal of research,in-depth analysis of its current quality management situation,based on the project management theory,Life Cycle Theory before Quality Management of the New Product Development Projectsystem.Firstly,the paper summarizes this research based on the research which is important both in China and other countries,summarizes the basic concepts and theoretical basis involved in the development of the paper,which provides a theoretical basis for the development of the full text.Then,by visiting the real estate of M tobacco company,the current situation and problems of quality management of new product development project are analyzed.Then,in view of the existing questions in the product and the tobacco project in M tobacco company,this paper constructs the quality management model of new product development project in M tobacco company,and applies it to the practice of new product development project in M Company No.: m2019-02Through this study,we can see that the quality management problems of new product development project of M tobacco company are mainly reflected in the lack of quality control measures in project concept stage and planning stage,project design and development stage and project trial production and verification stage.Therefore,based on the theory of total quality management,life cycle theory and path theory,this paper constructs the quality management model of new product development project of M tobacco company.In the conceptual stage,it puts forward the work of accurately grasping consumer demand,demonstrating technical feasibility and project risk identification;in the planning stage,it puts forward the work of product specification design,project development team construction,defining team members' roles,formulating quality objectives,product testing plans,etc.;in the development and design stage,it puts forward the work of carrying out optimal design and implementing design Design review and other work;in the trial production verification stage,the relevant work contents and quality management measures of small test,pilot test and batch test are proposed;in the listing stage,the work of production management,market promotion,technical services and other work to ensure the quality improvement is proposed.Through the application of the model in m2019-02 new product development project of M tobacco company,it is proved that the quality management of new product development activities is effective.When carrying out other similar new product development activities,we should actively promote this method to improve the quality of new product development.
