In recent years,with the accelerated integration of China's economy and the world economy,more and more domestic enterprises begin to deeply participate in the international market.However,when domestic enterprises enter the international market,the first challenge they face is how to gain the recognition of international transnational enterprises and the dilemma of poor quality of Chinese products in the international market.Therefore,the quality assurance in the design and development of products(especially new products)is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper focuses on the annual customer satisfaction survey.In this survey,the business department visits customers on the spot(including overseas multinational enterprises),issues satisfaction questionnaire,and evaluates the company's quality assurance issues.Through summary,summary and comparative analysis,this paper focuses on the customer satisfaction survey results,and explores customers' concerns about the company's product quality.First,the design and development process of new products is chaotic,and the quality of newly developed products is poor.Second,it cannot help customers to open new markets.Basis points,to research the GA company organization quality,research and development,engineering and production team to spend a lot of manpower material resources,and with project management related knowledge for scientific foundation to explore the application of concept of milestone,PDCA cycle,feasibility analysis,FMEA,MSA measurement system analysis,and risk identification and management PMP process control plan and so on project quality management tools and means,to design suitable for GA company's new product design and development process and quality assurance solutions,and in L0FUC005-CS-R products as an example to carry on the design and development,Finally,effective and feasible solutions are determined on the basis of the evaluation results of the 2018 customer satisfaction Survey of recycling statistics,so as to solve the quality assurance problem that customers have been concerned about for a long time in this product and finally achieve customer satisfaction.This paper discusses and gives a quality assurance solution suitable for the new product development and design process,which can help our company or other local Chinese enterprises to gain the recognition of international multinational enterprises when entering the international market,and solve the quality assurance problems of Chinese enterprises in the new product design and development.
