Whether it is for an organization or an individual,career growth is of great significance.Therefore,this article starts from the career growth of enterprise employees and explores the synergy between its internal characteristics and external resources on its career growth.With the continuous development of positive psychology and positive organizational behavior,the concept of growth mental model gradually enters people's vision.Individuals with high-level growth mental models have higher levels of values and more self-efficacy.It is more inclined to use growth-oriented thinking methods to think about problems,and shows a higher level of perseverance in the face of negative events,which is reflected in a higher level of "internal control".However,in the social context of China 's strong ties,it is still to be studied whether it is possible to achieve career growth solely on its own inherent traits.Therefore,this article will introduce social capital,a variable that reflects employees' social relations and social resources,to explore the synergistic effect of growth mental model,perseverance quality,and social capital on employees' career growth.In this paper,through the collation of relevant literature at home and abroad,the dimensions of the growing mental model are further optimized,and the corresponding research hypotheses are proposed to build a theoretical model.358 valid questionnaires were obtained through questionnaire distribution,collection and screening,and the hypothesis and model of this paper were verified through empirical analysis.Use SPSS21.0,AMOS19.0,etc.to analyze the effective data obtained,and test the role of the growth mental model,perseverance quality,social capital and career growth through the reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis.The research results show that the growth mental model and its various dimensions have a positive impact on the career growth of employees.The growth mental model also has a positive impact on the quality of perseverance and its dimensions.Perseverance quality and its dimensions positively affect the career growth of employees.The mode plays a part of mediating effect on the relationship between the growth mental model and career growth of employees.Social capital has a negative adjustment effect on the relationship between perseverance and the career growth of employees.It also has a negative adjustment effect on the impact of the passion dimension on the career growth of employees.But it has no regulatory role in the impact of the perseverance dimension on the career growth of employees.
