| Incentive measures play a vital role in enterprise human resource management.The main incentive measures of most enterprises are performance appraisal and salary incentive.In practice,this incentive measure has a significant effect on retaining talents and exerting the role of talents.Therefore,it is necessary to study enterprise performance appraisal and salary incentive.In this paper,through the study of the hierarchy of needs theory,achievement needs theory,two-factor theory and other basic theories,as well as the analysis of domestic and foreign performance appraisal and salary incentive status quo,it is clear that the research object of this paper is R company.On status quo of R company on the basis of comprehensive analysis,questionnaire survey was conducted for R company’s employees,through the questionnaire survey analysis of R company existing problems of performance appraisal and compensation incentive,and analyze the cause of the problem,using analytic hierarchy process for R company employees according to the different positions,work content,to set up and the weight design of performance appraisal index is,to set different post personnel performance appraisal the weight coefficient of each index,and quantify the specific examination scores,clear using the results of performance appraisal.Taking comprehensive integration,fairness and justice as the main principles of performance appraisal and salary incentive setting,other incentive guarantee measures are set for R company,and the performance appraisal and salary incentive system of R company is reconstructed,which fully arouses the enthusiasm of employees at all positions of the company and improves the market competitiveness of the company. |
