At present,China's agricultural cooperatives have developed rapidly The three-level agricultural product supply chain of "farmers+cooperatives+retailers" has become one of the main operating modes of fresh agricultural products in China.Due to the characteristics of seasonal, perishable, and price elasticity of fresh agricultural products, there are problems such as product loss during logistics, large price fluctuations, asymmetric information, and high default rate in the operation of fresh agricultural products supply chains. As a result, there is great uncertainty in the operation of the three-level fresh agricultural product supply chains Therefore, how to improve the stability of the partnership of the three-level fresh agricultural product supply chain has become an urgent research topicThis article takes the three-level fresh agricultural products supply chain composed of farmers, cooperatives and retailers as the research object The combination of theoretical analysis and quantitative data simulation is used to discuss the effectiveness of maintaining the stability of the supply chain with the freshness of agricultural products and the profits of supply chain partners as the main indicators.First, discuss the use of contracts to maintain the stability of the supply chain, and build a decentralized non-contract,quantitative elasticity, and relational contracts It is found that the strengthening of the contract relationship will be accompanied by the improvement of profits, but the unstable factors of the supply chain contract caused by the uneven income distribution will also occur. Therefore,in order to solve this problem, the follow-up of this article starts with internal and external incentives to consider fair concerns and government subsidies to maintain the interests of members with weak negotiation power in the supply chain, hoping to achieve the purpose of strengthening the stability of the supply chain. Finally,Matlab software is used to analyze examples to verify the validity of relevant conclusionsThe main conclusions drawn in this article are:First of all, signing a relationship contract between the members of the supply chain of fresh agricultural products will indeed increase the stability of the supply chain, but in the absence of freshness incentives in the quantitative elastic contract, the freshness of fresh agricultural products will decline. The freshness relationship contract with incentive maintains the freshness to a certain extent and improves the supply chain profits, but uneven income distribution will also affect the stability of fresh agricultural products supply chains.Second, considering the fairness concern incentive mechanism, research shows that increasing the fairness of supply chain members will increase the freshness of agricultural products, and the willingness of the supply chain members to cooperate will also be strengthened, thereby improving the stability of the fresh agricultural products supply chain. Finally, the government's subsidy mechanism is considered to be an external incentive for the supply chain. The study found that the government's implementation of the minimum protection price mechanism and subsidy policy can effectively protect the interests of farmers and cooperatives, and further improve the stability of the supply chain.
