With the gradual establishment of modern enterprise management system,some high-quality enterprises stand out,and the organizational form has been upgraded to the group company.At the same time,China's financial system is gradually improving,with the gradual promotion of financial reform such as interest rate marketization and RMB internationalization.The aim of "maximizing the interests" of commercial banks is to make group companies become the key customers of active marketing of major commercial banks.They have strong preferential power in terms of credit conditions and capital pricing.However,the management system of commercial banks in China lags behind,and the experience of controlling credit risk of group customers is insufficient,which brings great risks to the asset quality of commercial banks.This paper takes Quanzhou Branch of H Commercial Bank as the research object,comprehensively uses literature research method and case study method,and combines with the actual situation of Bank Group customers,makes in-depth analysis of the current situation of credit business risk management of Bank Group customers,and finds out the problems existing in credit risk management of group customers,so as to provide commercial banks with a reference for the future.The practice and theory of risk control can be used for reference.This article first studies the background and significance of group customer credit business,defines the concepts and characteristics of group customers based on domestic and foreign research,summarizes and summarizes the mechanism of group customer risk formation,and sorts out the basic theory of group customer management.Secondly,by explaining the current business development of group credit customers of H Commercial Bank Quanzhou Branch and the approval process of group customer credit,and then analyzing the effects and problems of risk management in the first place,and summarizing the reasons for problems in group customer management of Quanzhou Branch of H Commercial Bank,including Weak identification of affiliated companies,insufficient total credit risk assessment information,lack of overall risk grasp of group customers,inadequate credit risk rating models,lack of customer evaluation data,lack of affiliate mutual insurance control methods,lack of monitoring of loan dominance direction,post-lending The efficiency of management work is poor.Thirdly,taking the Group Y customer of Bank H of Quanzhou as a typical case,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons in the bank's authorization risk management for this group of customers,and makes the analyzed problems concrete.Finally,based on the above analysis,from the aspects of risk identification,risk evaluation,and risk control,an optimization plan was proposed for the risk management of H Bank Quanzhou Branch group customer authorization,including establishing a sound group customer relationship,enhancing the ability to obtain group customer information,and implementing uniformity.Principles of credit management,optimizing group customer structure,optimizing quantitative evaluation system,optimizing credit line approval,comprehensive monitoring of credit fund flow,dynamic management of group customers,establishment of group customer risk early warning mechanism,etc.At the same time,a specific optimization plan for credit risk management of Group Y customers is also proposed,and it is expected that the credit risk of group customers will be significantly reduced after implementation.Compared with developed countries,there is still a certain gap between the credit risk management of commercial bank group customers in China and the developed countries.With the social progress and the continuous development of the economy,higher requirements for the credit risk management of commercial bank group customers in China are bound to be raised.Therefore,this article hopes that based on the theoretical basis of group customer credit risk management,taking Bank of China's Quanzhou branch as an example,the use of charts is a more intuitive way to propose some countermeasures to the solution of this important problem.I hope it can be applied in theory and practice.Shanghai has contributed its own strength to the development of credit risk management for group customers in China.
