Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Financial Support For Agriculture In Wulong District Of Chongqing City

Financial support for agriculture is one of the important ways of agricultural development.In the current new situation,China's agriculturedevelopmentis affected by the new forms of rural development to a certain extent,and the agricultural policy is in a special transition period,which will naturally change the overall state of agriculture,andthe changes in the environment at home and abroad also should be focused on the influence of factors,which are undoubtedly new challenges that the finance support agriculture must face.The party central committee has paid close attention to the issues of agriculture,rural areas and farmers and initiated many discussions on this issue.From 2004 to this year,the CPC Central Committee has published the No.1 central document focusing on agriculture,rural areas and farmers every year.It hasn't stopped for sixteen years.They emphasize the importance of the issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmersevery year,indicating that China is on the path of socialist modernization and solving these issues is the key.The country paid great attention to the financial support for agriculture plan,which has indeed achieved delightful results since their implementation,but there are still shortcomings,and our gap with the United States,Britain and other developed countries has not been significantly narrowed.This study takes Wulong district of Chongqing as the focus,and explores and analyzes the financial support for agriculture in this area,hoping to analyze the content and corresponding solutions which can provide valuable reference for China's financial support for agriculture.This paper first explains the concept of financial support for agriculture,then summarizes the relevant data of financial support for agriculture in Wulong district in recent years,and analyzes the specific situation of financial support for agriculture at the current stage according to the development trend of summary data,such as the specific scale,internal structure and regional distribution of financial support for agriculture,etc.The data can reflect the real situation of financial support for agriculture to a certain extent.According to the data analysis results,the advantages and disadvantages of financial support for agriculture in Wulong district have been summarized,and the corresponding solutions are proposed for the existing deficiencies.The study shows that the following typical problems exist in the construction of financial support for agriculture,which are unstable scale growth,imperfect structure,unreasonable use of funds,and weak implementation of financial support for agriculture policies,etc.To solve these problems,we should improve the efficiency of financial support for agriculture by establishing a mechanism of financial support for stable agricultural growth,optimizing the structure and patterns of financial expenditure,integrating the use of financial support for agriculture at the district level and strengthening the supervision mechanism of financial support for agriculture.
