| Giving agriculture as a public good which has the essential imperfection with respect to the relatively scattered distribution and it has affected the benefits of financial support for agriculture and hindered the process of agricultural modernization,which required the government who was the main supplier involvement by deploy macro-control for adjustment.The integration of financial expenditure in agriculture industry will help for the utilization of financial support of agriculture and generate sustainable motivation towards the development of relatively vulnerable agriculture.This report started with a comprehensive analysis towards the existing agriculture financial support along with the domestic and foreign governmental integrated policy.Presented the principle background and relevant concept of government financial support of agriculture industry and the integrated policy consider the context of previous government implementation.Meanwhile,use Yueyang City as the study subject,investigated a primary performance evaluation by composite index method and developed a synthesis case study based on two integration projects and a testing county which extend the research to the perspective of the whole Yueyang city.However,the conclusion from the study above indicated that the domestic financial support integration has not reach the theoretical margin,which introduced the advices raised by author about the improvement of government financial policy integration.The novelty of this report is about how to use governmental agriculture financial support to pilot and concentrate the social capital into agriculture industry with the aid of internet propaganda in terms of financial aggregation and optimization.Besides,the report firstly conducted a comprehensive and systematical analysis toward the implementation of Yueyang governmental agriculture integrated financial support policy,which can be the reference guidance towards next government policy. |
