Financial risk is a practical problem that all enterprises must face in the daily operation process.The research on financial risk has been paid more attention by experts and scholars.Compared with other industries,the real estate industry has large investment,long construction cycle,slow capital recovery and high asset liability ratio,which also makes the real estate industry have higher income,but also more prone to financial risk.In recent years,in order to curb the overheated development of the real estate industry,China has issued a series of regulatory policies,which has impacted some real estate enterprises and eliminated some real estate companies with poor strength.Therefore,the research on financial risk management of real estate enterprises is particularly important,which can help real estate enterprises to analyze and avoid risks and ensure the healthy and sustainable operation of enterprises.Throughout the domestic literature,experts and scholars on the financial risk of real estate enterprises mostly focus on the listed companies on the main board,but less on the listed real estate enterprises from the main board to the third board.However,although such enterprises have retired from the main board to the third board,they are still in a state of continuous operation and have not yet been bankrupt and liquidated.Compared with the main board enterprises,the financial risks of such enterprises are more obvious and prominent,and the research on their financial risks is more important and urgent.Therefore,this paper selects the listed real estate enterprise,Zh,which is transferred from A-share to the new third board,as a case to study its current financial risk situation.This paper starts with the relevant theories of risk management and financial risk management,and takes the main process of risk management risk identification,risk assessment and risk control as the main line.On the basis of elaborating the relevant theories,it first introduces the overall financial situation of the real estate industry;secondly,it expounds the current situation of financial risk management of the case company Zh,and points out the existing problems in its financial risk management Problems;then select the main data in the financial statements of ZH in the past five years,identify its financial risks from five aspects of financing,investment,operation,fund recovery and cash flow,and explore the causes of the internal and external financial risks;next,evaluate and forewarn the financial risks of ZH in combination with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,and the results show that there are currently financial risks of ZH At last,combined with the above identification and evaluation results,put forward targeted financial risk control measures and suggestions for zh.
