DH Real Estate Company's Financial Risk Management Research

A firm's financial risk directly affect the survival and development of the enterprise.In recent years,due to fierce competition in the market macro environment changes,there are a lot of enterprises due to the large financial risk and led to the bankruptcy of the enterprise,in particular in the real estate enterprise,at the same time,a growing number of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises and the expansion of scale,to strengthen the control of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises is particularly important.This paper according to the DH real estate company as a case,first of all,starting from the related concepts of financial risk management of financial risk management analysis and evaluation method,and based on the enterprise's daily financial activities,according to the different financial activities,financing activities,investing activities,operating activities,the development ability and capital recycling)to analyze its specific financial position,the DH real estate company's own management to identify the financial risk,and then from the enterprise internal environment and external environment to find the cause of the financial risk,efficacy coefficient method followed by using analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and comprehensive evaluation of the financial risk of the enterprise,according to the specific score to the level of financial risk early warning,thus to effectively control and prevention;Finally from financing activities,investing activities,operating activities,such as money recycling point of enterprise financial risk prevention measures are put forward.Suggest DH real estate company that small and medium-sized real estate enterprises,can choose the diversification of investment diversification risk,strengthening the construction of enterprise's own system and management,expand financing channels to better financial risk management.Hope that through this paper study of DH real estate company's financial risk management,to small and medium real estate enterprise financial risk management to provide some valuable reference.
