Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Industry Poverty Alleviation In Longmatan District Of Luzhou City,Sichuan Province

The report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party put forward the grand goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.President Xi Jinping stressed that "the toughest and heaviest task of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects is in rural areas,especially in poor areas.Without a well-off society in rural areas,especially in poor areas,a moderately prosperous society has not been built complete." In order to make up the shortcomings in development,our country accurate formulate precise assistance measures,with the joint efforts of the whole Party and whole society,the number of poor people decreased from 98.99 million at the end of 2012 to 5.51 million at the end of 2019,the impoverishment rate decreased from 10.2% to 0.6%.The overall poverty has been basically solved.Among a series of targeted poverty alleviation measures promoted and implemented,industry poverty alleviation is the most effective and widely covered assistance measure,which has epoch-making practical value for winning the battle of poverty alleviation and building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.now it is March 2020,less than 300 days to win the battle against poverty.The COVID-2019 has brought some difficulties to the spring ploughing and agricultural production.The greater the pressure to complete the target task of poverty alleviation as scheduled.In this context,study the problems of poverty alleviation of agricultural industry in Longmatan District of Luzhou City,and put forward targeted countermeasures,which can provide some reference opinions for the development of poverty alleviation of agricultural industry in this district,effectively solve the problems encountered in poverty alleviation of agricultural industry in this district,and achieve the goal of consolidating poverty alleviation achievements and preventing poverty return in Longmatan District of Luzhou city.In addition,the research results of this paper can also provide reference for type area in poverty alleviation of agricultural industry.This paper takes agricultural industry poverty alleviation in Longmatan District of Luzhou City as research object,analyzes the current situation of agricultural industry poverty alleviation in this district.Before research,the definition and standard of poverty,poverty alleviation,industrial poverty alleviation,poverty alleviation and other related words are described.In this paper,the basic method of case study is adopted to analyze the general situation of the region,the current situation of agricultural development,the current situation of poverty alleviation and the main methods of agricultural industry poverty alleviation.In order to further identify the problems existing in the poverty alleviation of agricultural industry in this area,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the poverty alleviation of agricultural industry in this area by the method of interview and questionnaire survey.The subjects of the investigation and interview are mainly those who are familiar with the agricultural industry poverty alleviation mainly including the relevant personnel of the agricultural and rural Bureau of this area,all the staff of the Poverty Alleviation Office of this area,and the district level departments with the task of assistance Relevant personnel of customs,towns(streets)and villages(communities)with poverty alleviation tasks.At the same time of questionnaire survey,interview was conducted simultaneously.A total of 280 questionnaires were issued and 254 valid questionnaires were collected.Through sorting out the questionnaire data and combining with the analysis of the interview situation,the paper concludes that the current poverty alleviation problems of the agricultural industry in this area mainly include six outstanding problems:Small industrial scale and Industry is not concentrated,The industrial chain has not been effectively expanded,unclear poverty alleviation positioning,labour shortages and low overall quality,the collective economy underdevelops and large capital gap,low degree of agricultural industry branding.In view of these problems,the paper puts forward to expand the industrial scale We should broaden the agricultural deep processing chain,create local characteristic industries,Increase financial support,improve the quality of farmers and strengthen the construction of agricultural brand.
