Research On The Design Of Independent Construction Of Leisure Agriculture

Leisure agriculture is a leisure activity that based on agricultural resources,rural landscape and rural environment,and requires a high standard rural life experience.It is a recent industrial combining primary,secondary and tertiary industries.With the rise of tourists' consumption awareness and consumption experience,homogeneous services and the lack of personalized activities have gradually failed in meeting consumers' needs.The invasion of urbanization and the expropriation of rural land have led to the decline in the participation of farmers,thereby the rural lifestyle and traditional culture have gradually been devoured.If a virtuous circle of leisure agriculture needs to be settled,then the above problems need to be solved urgently.Taiwan province has been developing leisure agriculture for more than three decades.During this period,the concept of self-creation was proposed.The concept is relatively mature,and can provide a useful reference for the development of leisure agriculture in mainland China.The thesis starts from the concept and development background of the self-creation of leisure agriculture in Taiwan province.In the light of the operation mechanism and core theory of self-creation,this thesis extends the pyramid of tourists 'demand for leisure agriculture based on Maslow 's demand hierarchy theory,therefore attempts to guide the development of self-creation in conjunction with rural aesthetic.Secondly,it analyzes the types of leisure agriculture resources from the three perspectives of production,life and ecology.Through the three aspects of life experience,sensory experience and facility experience,this thesis attempts to put forward a proposal of leisure agricultural activities.Based on the leisure activity experience,it discusses the changes in the demand level of tourists and extends Six principles for the design of leisure agricultural environment.Through detailed case analysis,it extracts the excellent features of independent creation,and puts forward the plan of "digestion" space interface,"rich" business space,"localized" building materials from the perspective of hardware design,and "personalized" characteristic theme from the perspective of software design,and "Fun" sketch decoration and "deep" perception experience.Finally,through the self-created designing project of the Hengshantou Recreational Agriculture Area in Yilan County,Taiwan province,the six farmhouses in the selected area are classified according to the type of operation,which includes the type of food farmer education experience,the type of characteristic cultural theme,and the type of ecological picking experience.On the basis of operators' different demand,it emphasizes the sustainable development of resources,proposes different designing strategies,in order to further manifest the self-created designing methods in practical cases and provide new angles for the development of leisure agriculture in mainland China,therefore finds suitable development direction for the evolution of continuous practice and exploration.
