H Company is a professional manufacturer of optical lenses,optical equipment and other accessories related to optical products.It has partnered with G since 2014 to develop personalized high-end optoelectronic products for consumers in China.H company works with all the professional glasses retail stores and eye hospitals in Greater China to bring world class personalized visual experience for consumers.After more than two years of development,H company gradually gains competitive strength and increases market share.Now the company is doing business in all of the major cities across the country with a large number of customer resources.Since the beginning of 2017,the company's growth rate has slowed down.The company is hoping to break through the development bottleneck and achieve rapid growth goals,through strengthening marketing development efforts with stronger market management and customer service capabilities.This paper first uses PEST and Porter's "five force" analysis model to analyze the external environment and internal resource capability faced by the company's business development,and analyzes the opportunities and threats faced by the enterprise in the current development.Secondly,on the basis of the above analysis,the SWOT analysis model is used to further clarify the target market and strengthen the individualized customization strategy.Thirdly,combining with the strategy of enterprise growth,we put forward the strategy of market penetration and market development as the main strategic measures of company growth.Finally,the development of the phased strategy implementation goals and plans,the adjustment of corporate organizational structure and corporate culture,the marketing and brand promotion adjustment and the strengthening of customer service capabilities and risk control are described.Through the research of this paper,H company will continue to firmly implement the personalized customization of differentiation strategy in the future,and further strengthening the brand advantage on the basis of perfecting their management,marketing,channels,customers and other aspects of resources and advantages.The company will strengthen its market penetration and market development strategies to achieve rapid growth,and further enhance the company's competitiveness and market share.This paper explores the development strategy of H Company's business strategy,lays a solid theoretical foundation for the future development of the company and provides corresponding development response measures.At the same time,the research and exploration of this article can also serve as a reference to other enterprise with the same type of growth strategy.
