Evaluation Method Of The Efficiency Of The Integration Of IT And Industrialization In Manufacturing Enterprises

In recent years,China's integration of IT and industrialization has developed rapidly and achieved staged results.Intelligent manufacturing has also become the current main attack direction.However,according to the 2019 data summarized,the nationwide smart manufacturing readiness is only 7.9%,and 77.2% of business integrat ion of IT and industrialization is in the initial stage of construction and single coverage.Although some outstanding enterprises have basically completed the integrat ion of IT and industrialization,a large number of enterprises are still in the development process of the deep integr ation of the two industries.Blindly investing in the integration of the two industries in order to step into the intelligent manufacturing stage faster will easily affect the normal production and operation of the enterprise.Reasonable planning investment and resource allocation are more conducive to the development of the integration of the two industries.Therefore,this article takes Guangzhou,the city with the highest level of integration of IT and industrialization,as its research subject,and discusses the efficiency of the integration of IT and industrialization of manufacturing enterprises in Guangzhou.This article starts from the background of the current situation of the development of the integration of IT and industrialization in China,introduces the current situation of domestic and international research on the integration of IT and industrialization and the shortcomings in the research,and proposes the purpose and significance of this study.Then,on the basis of existing studies,the evaluation index system of enterprise's the integration of IT and industrialization efficiency was proposed,and the traditional DEA model was improved,entropy AHP was added as the constraint cone,cross efficiency was introduced,and a static evaluation model of enterprise's the integration of IT and industrialization efficiency based on entropy AHP--cross efficiency DEA was constructed.Meanwhile,a dynamic evaluation model of enterprise's the integration of IT and industrialization efficiency based on Malmquist index is constructed.Then combined with the above two models to evaluate the integration efficiency of Guangzhou city.Through the comparison between the improved entropy AHP-cross efficiency DEA method and the traditional DEA method,the superiority of the improved method and the rationality of studying such problems are verified.It is found that the efficiency of enterprise integration efficiency in Guangzhou is at a medium level.There is no significant relationship between the efficiency of enterprise's the integration of IT and industrialization and enterprise size and production type,but there is a low negative correlation with the level of enterprise integration and development.The total factor productivity index is less than 1,but shows an increasing trend.Finally,according to the conclusions of the analysis,corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.
