The development of science and technology has not only brought about changes in people's lifestyle and working style,but also brought about great changes in consumer behavior.The characteristics of the Internet at any time and without location restriction provide consumers with convenient consumption mode,which makes the channels for consumers to buy products and payment methods diversified.Online channel products range from low-end to high-end,with prices ranging from a few yuan to tens of millions of yuan,to meet the different needs of different consumer groups.In the Internet era,the previous simple "offline" marketing methods cannot meet the requirements of fierce market competition,and the single traditional online marketing methods can no longer meet the changes of online consumers' shopping behaviors.Enterprise must reverse thinking,earnest study of the characteristics of propagation of the Internet age,actively adjust the marketing strategy,the response speed development and the changing consumer demand,comply with the new "online marketing",push the sales of unique online service mode,improve customer service satisfaction,enquiry conversion rate,improving customer so as to promote the growth of online sales channel.Therefore,by analyzing the actual situation of D company's online service management and the characteristics of online channel marketing in detail,this paper proposes specific Suggestions and implementation measures for D Company's online service marketing optimization strategy.At first,this paper take research online channel sales industry background,on the basis of service marketing theory,analysis of online marketing channels the macro market environment,consumer consumption characteristics analysis,using the theory of 7 p from the product,channel,price,promotion,service personnel and service process,the several aspects of the unmanned aerial vehicle(uav)online services marketing D firms are analyzed,summed up the D company four problems in unmanned aerial vehicle(uav)online services marketing management,an online service marketing channels is the lack of perfect appraisal way,the service marketing concept lag;Second,there is no perfect online marketing service system,and the sense of sales is weak.Third,the lack of customer relationship management system based on online customers,customer relationship management mode to be improved;Fourth,most of the staff's ability and experience are difficult to adapt to the requirements of service marketing,and the staff structure is uneven.Finally,proposed D company online service marketing optimization strategy and implementation measures.First,strengthen the construction of online service marketing team.Develop training plan based on demand,enrich online service marketing team,standardize post setting,establish post model,and select education and retention service marketing consultant.Improve the online marketing service business assessment mechanism.Scientific promotion system,optimize the comprehensive performance evaluation system,optimize the product marketing valuation mechanism,establish a scientific promotion system,pay attention to employee career planning.Iii.Strengthen the construction of online service channel team culture.We should be clear about rights and responsibilities,work through division of labor,pay attention to the cultural work of the team in an all-round way,establish rules and regulations,and increase the intensity of assessment.4.Improve the organizational structure of online service Marketing Department.Linear management,unified deployment,clear rights and responsibilities,cooperation.
