Leadership helps to motivate employees to innovate.With the country's emphasis on innovation and development,the number of innovation in all walks of life gradually increased,but the quality is still to be strengthened,there are still "lack of innovation" in our country.Most of the innovations are innovation,coping innovation or coping innovation.In addition to the reasons for the lack of investment in innovation activities,the lack of innovation ability and the imperfect incentive mechanism,the lack of active and innovative behavior of employees is one of the main reasons for the quality of domestic patent.Therefore,it is very important to study the influencing factors of employee's proactive innovation behavior to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the theory of social cognition and social exchange,this paper explores the influence of shared leadership on the active innovation behavior of employees through theoretical analysis and empirical test,and constructs the mediating effect model from cognitive and emotional perspectives.This study intends to solve the three aspects of research: the first research content for the shared leadership on proactive innovative behavior of employees;the second research content for the cognitive perspective of self-efficacy will be in the shared leadership of employees proactive innovation process;the third research content for the emotional perspective of the affective commitment will be in the shared leadership of employees proactive innovation process of acting to play an intermediary role.A total of 214 valid data were obtained from the workers of the 38 departments of 11 enterprises and their direct leadership.On this basis,using the AMOS to survey data structure validity of the test;Variables are calculated by using SPSS reliability test data and the standard deviation of the mean,the use of the Person analysis and study the correlation between variables;Finally using hierarchical regression method,the article proposed hypothesis test in turn.The results show that the shared leadership has a significant positive impact on the proactive innovation behavior,and the self-efficacy and affective commitment have mediating effect between the shared leadership and the proactive innovation behavior.By exploring the relationship between shared leadership and employee proactive innovation behavior,and studying the mediating role of self-efficacy and emotional commitment,theoretically enriched the shared leadership and employee proactive innovation behavior of empirical research;in practice to help managers adopt a more appropriate management,so that employees make more active innovation behavior,and then for enterprises to improve innovation performance to provide some inspiration.
