Research On Investment Management And Control Under The Overall Budget Of LD Group

In recent years,the government has implemented a very strict management and control attitude towards real estate enterprises,restricting the inflow of capital,sales conditions,price limits and other aspects.Real estate enterprises belong to capital-intensive enterprises,so facing the industry environment of capital crunch,real estate enterprises begin to focus on internal management.Among them,the comprehensive budget is one of the internal financial management methods aiming at capital austerity and improving capital utilization efficiency.On the premise of the overall capital contraction of the industry,under the internal financial management system of comprehensive budget implemented in LD group,this paper analyzes the factors influencing the investment control intensity and studies the investment control mechanism of real estate companies.This article is of great practical value to the investment,operation and development of LD group.Firstly,this paper sorts out the theoretical research and research results of comprehensive budget and investment control at home and abroad,and roughly classifies them according to existing research contents.At the same time,this paper expounds the concepts and theories related to the comprehensive budget and investment control strength of real estate enterprises,the necessity of implementing comprehensive budget of real estate enterprises,and some factors influencing the investment control strength of real estate enterprises.Secondly,starting from the comprehensive budget,this paper analyzes the direction of investment management and control of real estate enterprises,and comprehensively and systematically analyzes the correlation between the comprehensive budget and investment management and control,so as to make the investment management and control theory of real estate enterprises more perfect and scientific.At last,taking LD group as an example,this paper firstly illustrates the current situation and implementation of LD group's overall budget management.Then introduce the project investment system flow of LD group,and existing problems;Based on the analysis,this paper evaluates the investment management and control of LD group from both macro and micro aspects,validates relevant theories,and summarizes the direction and measures of LD group in terms of investment management and control system,investment management and control strength and path improvement under the overall budget management.The research results of this paper are helpful for LD group to improve its overall budget system and enhance investment control.Further strengthen the enterprise internal management,improve the market competitiveness.At the same time,it also has reference value and significance to other enterprises in the same industry.
