The current society has entered the information age and the ability of information to generate value has become more prominent.After 30 years of development in the real estate industry,real estate companies have also gone from the rough management era in which they had been able to earn money to develop land.They have entered the difficulties for small and medium-sized housing companies to acquire land,gradually acquired and merged by large real estate companies,and they must be careful in making money.The era.Real estate companies must be careful to achieve profitability and development.This can only be achieved by strengthening comprehensive budget management.At the same time,the rapid development of information technology has provided opportunities for real estate companies to strengthen overall budget management.Based on the investigation of real estate companies,this paper finds out that in the current comprehensive budget management of real estate companies,many companies have a weak foundation for comprehensive budget management and do not make full use of information technology tools,resulting in low work efficiency,weak control,and poor overall budget management.It is even a problem of total budget management.The analysis of these problems is mainly due to the fact that the enterprise's comprehensive pre-management system itself is unscientific,unreasonable,and does not fully utilize information technology.On the basis of in-depth analysis of related issues,this paper proposes the following suggestions for the promotion of comprehensive budget management for real estate companies.First of all,real estate companies must comply with the principles of ?top-level design,full participation,integration of reality,gradual progress,full-process control,integration of rights and responsibilities,and a combination of authenticity and flexibility,and at the same time when using information technology.To follow the principles of system integration and data sharing.?Secondly,it is recommended that enterprises should establish and upgrade a comprehensive budget management system,establish a budget management organizational structure that fits the management structure,improve the overall budget project index system,and establish an open,fair,and equitable assessment system for budget indicators.Third,give opinions and suggestions on all aspects of the comprehensive pre-management of real estate companies in the information age.In the preparation of the budget,we must focus on corporate strategies and scientifically determine the management targets of the overall budget.We must establish key points,seek truth from facts,and use information technology to improve the efficiency and quality of budget preparation.In the overall budget management and control,we must rely on information technology.,Control the budget rigidly,control the implementation of the budget to grasp the key control points,respond to budget deviations and exceptions in a timely manner;make full use of information methods to improve the timeliness and effectiveness of the budget analysis,and focus on the implementation of comprehensive budget analysis In the link,a comprehensive budget management early warning mechanism is established,and if necessary,adjustments are made to the budget to ensure the implementation of the overall budget.In the incentive and evaluation section of the overall budget management,the principles,procedures,and related precautions for comprehensive budget management assessment are proposed.Finally,appropriate advice is given on the use of informatization by real estate companies for comprehensive budget management.How to choose an appropriate comprehensive budget management information system requires consideration of system compatibility,flexibility,ease of operation,and easy maintenance to match with the enterprise.And how comprehensive budget management uses advanced information technology(eg,Internet+,big data,cloud computing,mobile terminals,etc.).Of course,the promotion of comprehensive budget management for real estate companies cannot be separated from the guidance,support,and promotion of government departments,and cannot be separated from the development and support of other related industries.
