As the evolution of taxis in the Internet era,the emergence of online car-hailing has changed the way people travel,promoted the transformation of the urban transportation market,and gave birth to the "Internet + transportation" travel model.The emergence of online car-hailing can solve the information asymmetry between travellers and drivers,alleviate the "difficult to take a taxi" problem in urban travel,realize the effective allocation of social idle resources,increase employment rates,and improve travel efficiency to a certain extent.Thus,the urban traffic congestion has been eased.At the same time,in the development of online car-hailing platforms,problems such as money subsidies,arbitrary price increases,and opaque pricing mechanisms have caused many doubts.Therefore,the operation model and its pricing mechanism of online car-hailing need to be further explored to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the online car-hailing industry,which is also the starting point of this study.On the one hand,in the information age,the development of the Internet economy is changing with each passing day,and the operation model that keeps pace with the times is the fundamental guarantee that the online car-hailing platform can be based on the market for a long time.This article first analyzes and summarizes the new economic operation model,and its driving factors and strategic factors.On this basis,we propose a new operation model of the online car-hailing platform—the value chain model.This model can break the closed boundary of the original model,and make the boundary of the online car-hailing platform more open in the digital era,achieving a comprehensive and diversified development.On the other hand,pricing is an important part of the online car-hailing operation model,which is discussed in this article.The pricing of the online car-hailing platform determines the traveler and driver's choice of the platform,which has an important impact on the platform's revenue.In addition,the research on the pricing factors of the online car-hailing platform can provide a scientific reference for the operation of the online car-hailing platform,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the market.Therefore,on the basis of the dynamic steady-state system,this paper considers the characteristics of the demand and supply of the online car-hailing platform,and constructs a mathematical optimization model of the online car-hailing platform pricing with a fixed commission ratio,which defines the conditions for a balanced existence.At the same time,on the basis of the theoretical model,a further example analysis was carried out,focusing on the impact of the labor pool.Theresearch results show that the greater the labor pool of the online car-hailing platform,the lower the traveler's charge level and the driver's wage level,and the larger the fixed commission payment ratio.
