Research On The Tourism Development Of Jingtang Ancient Village Based On The Perspective Of Community Construction

History,culture and beautiful landscapes of ancient village,the ancient village tourism has become an important tourism form in China.For which the development of ancient village tourism has also become vigorous accordingly.However,the "blowout"-style ancient village tourism development has brought problems such as extensive development management,increased conflicts between villagers and the government,and environmental damages.Community building shall be based on the reconstruction of the community cultural charm.Therefore,it shall take the improvement of people ' s happiness and benefits as the starting point,and the creation of the five elements of "people","culture","land","production" and "scenery" as the connotation,advocating a joint coordination development.It shall coordinate the relationship between human beings and nature while protecting the interests of villagers,provide a solution to the current existing contradiction in ancient village tourism,and promote the sustainable development of ancient village tourism.Jingtang village,as a village in the mountainous area in the southwest of Qingzhou,Weifang,has extremely rich tourism resources and research value.After years of development,the tourism industry has obtained certain results.But it is still characterized in the "government-led,top-down" traditional tourism development model,for which it has occurred a series of problems.Therefore,the researcher selected Jingtang village as the research object,and put forward a new path for the development of ancient village tourism from the perspective of "community building".The researcher mainly carries out the research through literature analysis,case analysis,questionnaire survey,interview,etc.The innovation of this research mainly lies in the innovation and pertinence of development ideas,it researches on the combination of community building theory and ancient village tourism to propose a new development ideas for the tourism that takes improving villagers' happiness and benefits as the basis,villagers as the main body,and promoting bottom-up within the framework of government authorization,and integrates people,culture,land,production and scenery.Then,based on the current existing tourism resources of Jingtang village,to summarize the problems existing in the community construction and tourism development at the current stage,and put forward relevant targeted solutions.Based on the research,it has found that the Jingtang village has the foundation for community building,but it requires efforts from the aspects of people,culture,land,production,scenery,mechanism,etc.: people-oriented,strengthen the building and education of people;maintain the cultural foundation,increase cultural connotation;based on geographical natural resources,improve resource utilization and strengthen the creation of industries;it shall develop while protecting,practice the concept of "harmonious coexistence of human beings and nature",strengthen the building of landscapes;guarantee key factors,and strengthen the creation of institutional mechanisms.
