In recent years,various enterprises have formulated corporate policies on employee incentive plans and a set of long-term management system in line with their respective corporate cultures,with the purpose of not only avoiding employee turnover,but also being more attractive in recruiting talents.Therefore,retaining old employees and recruiting excellent new employees are one of the factors for the stable development of enterprises.Enterprises launch incentive policies to retain the company's core talents,what is more,transfer the interests of the enterprise to give long-term incentives to employees,the ultimate goal of the incentive plan is to maximize the interests of the enterprise.By using such a model,the enterprise and employees are bound together and become a community of interests,which is conducive to the long-term development of the enterprise itself.In this mode,the enterprise USES incentive means to enable employees to obtain shares of the enterprise,and the employees themselves become one of the shareholders of the enterprise and appear with the enterprise in the form of shares and rights,so as to share risks and profits.After the implementation of incentive schemes,boost the enthusiasm of the staff itself,at the same time as incentive binding,changes in plants could also improve staff's own initiative,therefore,more and more companies began to try and innovation in accordance with its own characteristics of staff incentive policy,under such circumstances,the incentive policy of real estate industry is significant and the effect of diversification,deserves further research.This article will study this topic from the following apects.First,it considering the method and management system of the incentive mechanism and the influencing factors of the incentive effect.Nowadays,domestic and foreign references can be concluded that scholars at home and abroad have abundant research on incentive policies and equity incentive plans,but the research results on partner incentive schemes are relatively limited.Therefore,this article takes Country Garden Holdings Co.,Ltd.,a real estate listed company that has maintained the top three national real estate sales in the past three years,as a case,and conducts a specific analysis and makes recommendations through the research on the implementation of the“value-sharing plan” incentive policy and its implementation effects.Secondly,Country Garden Group began to implement the “achievement sharing” and“concentric sharing” incentive schemes in 2012 and 2014,respectively.This article will comprehensively analyze the financial data of Country Garden Group before and after the implementation of the incentive plan,as well as make a horizontal comparison with Longhu Group,which also implements the incentive policy,to draw conclusions.When considering non-financial indicators,this article will use the dimensions of corporate capital accumulation,development scale and diversified development trajectories to analyze the implementation of incentive policies.Finally,study inspirations and optimal suggestions will be put forward in the end based on the implementation process and operating mechanism of Country Garden's incentive plan.It hopes to help the future development of the industry's incentive policy.
