For a long time,the professional manager system has been the mainstream mechanism of corporate governance in China.However,with the rapid expansion of the enterprise's sales area,production and marketing scale and talent scale,the drawbacks of the professional manager system gradually emerge.In order to resolve the relevant contradictions,the partnership system has quietly risen.This system breaks through the relationship between employment and employment in the traditional professional manager system,optimizes the organizational structure of enterprises,shapes employees and enterprises into a close community of interests.Under the background of the partnership system,the matching profit-sharing mechanism enables partners and enterprises to create,share risks and share profits together.To a certain extent,it forms an effective incentive for employees and helps to improve the value of the company.This paper has two research purposes: firstly,to explore the incentive mechanism of profit-sharing mechanism;secondly,to measure the effect of profit-sharing mechanism under the partnership system.The author introduces the relevant theories of corporate governance,then analyses the partnership system.The author divides the partnership system into three modes: human capital mode,control allocation mode and business partnership mode.In the aspect of profit-sharing mechanism,the author makes a detailed analysis of its incentive mechanism,analyzes the form,characteristics,operation steps,implementation motivation to the incentive path of the mechanism,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the evaluation system in the following chapters.Then,according to the incentive mechanism of profit-sharing mechanism,the author designs the evaluation system of its implementation effect,and evaluates the implementation effect of profit-sharing mechanism under the partner system based on the case of Yonghui Superstores.Yonghui Superstores is a big giant in the chain superstores industry in China.Under the background of the partnership system,it implements the profit-sharing mechanism.The system has been implemented for a long time and covers a wide range.Therefore,the author chooses Yonghui Superstores as the case.The author introduces the content of Yonghui Superstores Partner System,analyzes the implementation process of profit sharing mechanism,and analyzes its characteristics.In recent years,the traditional retail industry is facing the threat of e-commerce,and the stability,education and engagement of employees are generally low.Yonghui Superstores tries to alleviate these problems brought by the industry itself through the partnership system,and is committed to improving the efficiency of corporate governance and providing support for the implementation of strategic development.This paper objectively analyzes and evaluates the implementation effect of profit-sharing mechanism of Yonghui Superstores from four aspects: corporate governance,financial performance,strategic development and enterprise value,so as to draw the enlightenment and reference value of profit-sharing mechanism to Chinese enterprises under the background of partnership system.Among them,corporate governance mainly examines the optimization of organizational structure and the change of agency cost;financial performance mainly examines the change of enterprise's ability to control cost,inventory turnover and profitability;strategic development mainly examines the expansion of enterprise scale and strategic transformation;corporate value mainly examines the total market value and brand value of enterprises.Change,and think that the profit sharing mechanism under Yonghui Superstores Partner System has positive incentive effect in the above four aspects.This paper has two research contributions: firstly,it explores the incentive mechanism of profit-sharing mechanism;secondly,it measures the positive incentive effect of profit-sharing mechanism under the partnership system.This paper provides experience for the retail industry in China to use profit-sharing mechanism to motivate partners.It also provides reference for enterprises that are implementing or have not yet implemented employee incentive mechanism.At the same time,it also has important practical significance for enterprises to change their corporate governance mode.
