Research On The Influence Of Data Analysis Ability Of Employees In Aerospace Enterprises On Individual Work Performance

In the information age,data has become a key driver for aerospace companies to achieve refined business management and support intelligent decision-making.In the face of massive data,how to effectively improve employees' data analysis capabilities has become a core issue that aerospace companies need to solve.This article uses resource-based theory and competency theory to determine the three dimensions of data analysis capabilities for aerospace employees: technical skills,business skills,and relational skills.By reading domestic and foreign literature on measurement indicators for each dimension,three-dimensional measurement indicators for the data analysis capabilities of aerospace enterprise employees are designed.From the three aspects of culture,system guarantee and technical support,examine the key factors and function paths that affect the data analysis ability of enterprise employees.The questionnaire survey was carried out on the aerospace employees through the questionnaire star platform,and a total of 316 questionnaires were recovered,of which 258 were valid questionnaires,and then the reliability analysis,validity analysis and structural model analysis of the effective data were carried out using Smart PLS 3.0.Empirical analysis shows that: 1)Data-driven culture,data security regulation,and data analysis infrastructure support are significantly and positively related to the data analysis capabilities of aerospace enterprise employees,and the self-efficacy of data analysis plays a part or full intermediary effect;2)Knowledge sharing is significantly positively related to the data analysis ability of the aerospace enterprise employees and individual work performance;3)Data analysis ability of the aerospace enterprise employees is significantly positively correlated to the individual work performance.The conclusions drawn by empirical research can theoretically further enrich the research results of data analysis capabilities.In practice,they can help companies recruit employees with good data analysis capabilities,and also have a guiding role for companies in training.By strengthening organizational factors such as corporate data-driven culture,data security,and data analysis infrastructure support,it enhances employees' sense of data analysis self-efficacy and promotes their knowledge sharing of data analysis capabilities,thereby effectively enhancing employees' data analysis capabilities.In turn,improve the individual performance of employees.
