At present,small and medium-sized enterprises have become a basic force for promoting the development of the national economy,constructing the main body of the market economy,and promoting social stability.Brand building is an effective way to enhance an enterprise's competitive advantage and promote its development.L betel nut companies have developed from small workshops in the past to small and medium-sized enterprises now,and have gradually established their own brands.How to expand the brand effect and improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise through brand building is a problem that the enterprise must focus on in the long-term development.Therefore,this paper puts forward feasible suggestions for brand building optimization based on the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis methods around the problems in the brand building of L betel nuts.First of all,through the research on brand building at home and abroad,drawing on the scientific concept of modern brand building,it provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of brand building of L betel nuts.Then,through the Porter Five Forces model and SWOT model,analyze the L betel nut companies to understand their development status,competitive environment and brand building status.Then,combined with the questionnaire,find out the problems of the company's brand building,including unclear brand positioning,weak brand management concepts of managers,low brand product quality and low brand awareness.The main reasons for the analysis problems are the company's low market segmentation,insufficient brand management awareness,lack of product innovation capabilities and limited brand communication channels.Finally,based on the problems and reasons,starting from the aspects of the company's brand positioning,optimization design of brand building and brand management,formulate a brand building optimization strategy suitable for L betel nut companies.This article provides ideas for the research on the optimization of the independent brand building of L betel nuts.Through the optimization of brand building,it continuously expands its influence and enhances its core competitiveness.At the same time,I hope this article can provide a reference for the brand building and optimization of other similar companies.
