Research On Coordination Degree Evaluation Of Rural Tourism Supply Chain

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,and implement the strategic deployment and policy implementation of rural revitalization to build a beautiful village where people live and work in peace and contentment.Rural tourism is one of the important paths for rural revitalization.For rural areas,making full use of local characteristic industries and exerting the "tourism +" or "+ tourism" effect is conducive to promoting local poverty alleviation work,and is of great significance for transformation of the development mechanism.Meanwhile,we have also noticed that the vast rural areas are faced with a variety of uncoordinated problems in the process of developing tourism and promoting tourism construction,such as: homogeneous products together with insufficient development;insufficient high-level talents together with surplus of labor of old,weak,women;the non-cooperation between the enterprises;the market supervision mechanism is not perfect and the lack of environmental protection and other phenomena are prominent.The solution of these problems calls for the guidance and application of supply chain coordination theory.In the 21 st century,with the rise of mass tourism,leisure and holiday tourism have received unprecedented attention,and people's calls for high-quality tourism are increasing day by day.Under this background,it is particularly urgent to comprehensively sort out a series of problems faced by rural tourism development and develop research on relevant theoretical systems in order to promote the transformation and upgrade of rural tourism as soon as possible,and to adapt to the new normal of tourism.Furthermore,the sensitivity of the tourism industry determines that the development of the tourism industry is susceptible to the influence of uncertainties,especially the possible disruption of the tourism supply chain caused by the uncertainties.We can also feel it after the outbreak of COVID-19.From this perspective,we can also find that the development of rural tourism is inseparable from the application of the idea of supply chain coordination.Based on the above considerations,this paper proposes a research on coordination degree evaluation of rural tourism supply chain.The work of this research mainly includes: put forward the concept and model of rural tourism supply chain coordination,analyze the rural tourism supply chain coordinated path;construct the evaluation index system of rural tourism supply chain coordination from these following five dimensions: information flow,logistics,capital flow,service flow and environmental protection flow.the guiding value of related theories proposed in this paper about rural tourism supply chain coordination is verified by empirical research.The structure of the paper is list as follows: The first chapter is an introduction,which mainly explains the research background,research purpose and research meaning,and conducts a literature review;the second chapter mainly introduces the basic concepts and theoretical basis of this study;coordinative analysis of the rural tourism supply chain,including the composition of the rural tourism supply chain,the characteristics of the rural tourism supply chain,the process introduction and the coordinated path analysis of rural tourism supply chain;The fourth chapter introduces the evaluation method of rural tourism supply chain coordination;The fifth chapter conducts empirical research on the evaluation of rural tourism supply chain coordination;Finally,a summarize and prospect are made in this paper.
