Supply Chain Coordination Strategy Research Based On CPFR

With the development of economic globalization, supply chain management is gradually recognized and promoted. However, supply chain system exists many uncertainties, which makes it more complex. In order to promote the stable operation and further improve the degree of integration of the supply chain system, a new inventory management technique called Collaborative Planning,Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) is gradually adopted by more and more outstanding enterprises. As the innovation and practice of the new supply chain management technique, CPFR is playing an increasingly important role in the coordination of cooperative relations between the supply chain enterprises and in improving the overall operating efficiency and promoting the competitiveness of the supply chain.On the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, this thesis mainly research about the problems of supply chain coordination mechanism selection, collaborative replenishment and supply chain information coordination based on CPFR.Firstly, the thesis describes the research background, purpose and significance, the research status and related theory. Based on this, it qualitatively analyzes the problem about supply chain coordination mechanism selection of CPFR and establishes framework of supply chain coordination mechanism selection of CPFR. Secondly, for the problem of CPFR collaborative replenishment, a mathematical model is established and then verified by a numerical example. Finally, by using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, it proposes the information coordination problem and plots CPFR information process model. Then the information coordination incentive model based on the distribution of profits under the condition of CPFR is established based on information sharing. The analysis shows that the model can increase the reliability and authenticity of incentives and ensure the accuracy of the distribution of profits.
